The administrator of personal data within the meaning of the UODO from August 29, 1997 is SYNTAVIO sp. z o.o. located at 87 Grzybowska Street; 00-844 Warsaw. Personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts and orders. We would like to inform you that the data, will be stored for a period of up to 10 years after the completion of their implementation.

Upon additional consent, personal data may be shared with third parties/business partners cooperating with the Data Controller. In the case of contractor representatives, their data was obtained directly from the contractors they represent or from publicly available sources.

Personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts and orders. The legal basis for data processing is the concluded contract. After giving additional consent, personal data may be processed to receive commercial information including marketing information by e-mail.

It is informed that the recipients of personal data may be natural or legal persons, a public authority, an entity or a subject to whom personal data is disclosed on the basis of a legal premise such as consent or a provision of law. Personal data are not transferred to a third country.

The data controller does not plan to process personal data for purposes other than those specified and consented to by the data subject. Personal data comes directly from the data subject.

This letter does not change the terms of the contract/orders linking the parties and is purely informational with an effective date of 25.05.2018. The letter does not require a response.
